Refunds and Returns Policy
Please check your wines upon arrival to ensure they have reached you in good condition prior to signing acceptance of the delivery. All claims for non-delivery, short delivery or damage should be made as soon as possible by email to [email protected].
Every effort is made to ensure the wine you order from Prophet’s Rock Wines reaches you in top condition. Prophet’s Rock Wines does not accept responsibility for damage caused by inappropriate handling or storage of the product by the customer. If you are not happy with the product, please contact us by email before returning any goods. Any wine you return must be packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit. Faulty product will be replaced, if possible. If replacement is not possible we will refund the item in the same form that payment was made.
