This Pinot Noir was made without the normal extraction from the grape skins during fermentation. Instead, the grapes infused in their juice before being pressed and fermented in old barrels. Best served lightly chilled, our Infusion Pinot Noir is a pure, vibrant, gentle expression made using minimal intervention. A moreish wine with great freshness and vibrancy.

An individual, refreshing, varietal and savoury bouquet of Pinot. Aromas include dried herb and ripe cranberry, rose and red cherry flesh. The oak is very mild with a hint of spice. Dry with abundant fruit tannins contrasted by a core of red cherry, cranberry and lite red apple. Youthful acid line and a floral moment adds complexity, intensity and length.
