Our Wines
Prophet’s Rock produces premium quality Pinot Noir, Riesling and Pinot Gris.
Our wines are made exclusively from grapes grown on vineyards where direct control, low crops and sustainable practices allow us to produce fruit with great concentration and flavour.
Use of native ‘wild’ yeast and extended élevage are features of our vinification helping to produce wines of structure, elegance and complexity with considerable ageing potential.
Our vineyard-focused approach combines with minimal intervention in the winery to produce wines that are true reflections of the Prophet’s Rock vineyards.
